St. Maria Goretti Class agents will act as liaisons between members of the Class, the Alumni Board of Directors and the Development & Alumni Office. Terms will be for two years, beginning July 1st of each year and ending June 30th two years following. By choice, most Class Agents may remain in this position for many terms, leaving the position as personal circumstances dictate. Responsibilities include: |

| 1. |
Assist the Alumni Association by serving on one or more of the Association's committees. |

| 2. |
Assist the Alumni Office in maintaining good biographical information. The Class Agent will be the contact person for the Class to receive information about address changes, phone number changes, career promotions, births, deaths, engagements, etc. Between mailings the Class Agent should contact the Alumni Office with any pertinent information so that this office can maintain an up-to-date database and respond properly. |

Assist the Board of Directors and the Alumni Office with finding lost alumni. |

| 4. |
Attend the annual meeting of the Alumni Association, and two class agent meetings. |

| 5. |
Assist the Alumni Association and Development & Alumni Office with reunion planning. |
 |
| 6. |
Assist the Alumni Association with Annual Fund solicitation of class members by sign and personalizing a letter provided the Development & Alumni Office. |
 |
| 7. |
Attend Alumni Association sponsored events. While Class Agents are not required to attend Alumni Board meetings, their attendance is encouraged and Class Agents may be called upon from time to time to participate in Alumni Association activities such as Homecoming, Alumni College Nights, Career Days, student recruitment events, and fund-raising efforts. |
