| The faculty, staff and administration of St. Maria Goretti High School are here to provide your son/daughter with the very best education possible, grounded in Goretti and Catholic traditions. In this endeavor, we consider ourselves in partnership with you - parents - in helping your son/daughter negotiate the responsible transition from adolescence into adulthood. Working together, we can offer your son/daughter a priceless education that addresses the full range of moral, spiritual and intellectual concerns.
Parents in Partnership provides volunteer support in educational, spiritual, social and financial activities that enhance the Goretti experience for parents, students and educators. Becoming involved with Parents in Partnership is a chance for you to meet like-minded parents who will support you in your parenting and high school education goals.
In the context of the Catholic spirit of service to others, the all-volunteer Parents in Partnership program seeks to integrate the school's mission by serving as important liaison between the faculty and administration and parents and students. Membership consists of all the parents of all four classes and is automatic - you're a member by virtue of having a son/daughter enrolled at Goretti.
Through this publication, we invite you to become an active participant in your son's/daughter's school life. In the following pages you'll learn about the many ways you can volunteer your time and talents to St. Maria Goretti High School.
